Construction leaders bring their unique market insights and experiences in an impactful event.

For two years since its first edition, I led the Construction Summit as well as its related magazine. Within my role, I developed the first industry’s Top Suppliers list through surveys, as well as branded and editorial content writing. Along with these tasks, my role as conference producer involved speaker recruitment, agenda writing, proposals writing, and editorial direction.

The biggest challenge in developing this project was approvals and timeline. Since this was a high profile and significant project with a high commercial exposure, there were multiple levels of approvals that I had to pass at every step while trying to ensure the integrity and quality of the project in the development of both the magazine and the event. This was possible through regular touch points with clients and speakers, high-organization, and constant communication across editorial, marketing, and sales departments.
